Wedding stuff is so much fun!!

I have been having such a great time with wedding planning.  I have already made cards for and asked (almost) all of my bridesmaids to be in the wedding.  Here is an idea I got from 

I had Vince sketch the dresses (he's crafty!) and then I cut them out and detailed them.  The girls will be wearing black dresses of their choosing, and I will provide the marigold pashminas and chunky necklaces.
I used plum colored paper and marigold cardstock...
I put one dress on the front of each card and then I wrote a poem for each girl on the back
They turned out really cute, and so far all of the girls have really loved them!

    Very cute Brit! Love the marigold - ps...J Crew has some darling peeptoes with a cute pattern in a marigold color on sale. Just a thought...

    Oh, and one more thing...as I am reading back on your blog, I thought I would share this. I agree - engagement sessions are not my thing (although I have seen some darling ones!). So we made a deal with our photographer to shoot our rehearsal dinner instead of an engagement shoot. It is the night I am most looking forward to and will include some really touching moments. Just a little hint while shopping for photographers!!

    You are so crafty! These are adorable! Also, I think Mrs. Gibbons picture idea is a great one! Definitely something to look into.
